Does my pet really fly in the cabin?
Yes. With our flight nanny service your pet travels in a soft carrier under the seat in front of the nanny, as airlines allow for small pets. Larger dogs travel with our ground transport, door to door.
Which papers does my pet need?
It depends on the route. Usually a recent health certificate from your vet and up-to-date vaccines. For international moves there can be microchip, blood test or permit rules. We send you the exact list for your trip.
How do I follow the trip?
You get a tracking number when you book. The tracking page shows the live map, the arrival time and every photo and note from your nanny. You also get emails at takeoff, landing and when your pet is near.
Who are the nannies?
Experienced pet lovers who travel with one pet (or a few that live together) at a time. You see your nanny’s name and can message them during the trip.
How is the price worked out?
By distance, the size of your pet and the service. You get a full quote before you book, with nothing added later.
